The Best guitar support ever.
I own guitarlift ergoplay and a foot rest. In terms of portability this is the best there is. It is almost very secured compared to suction cups.
I personally dont mind the magnets but the installation can be really tricky, it is really difficult to get it to the position that you want. Then when i tried to remove it the 3m tape snapped and now it is permanently inside my guitar. I was using the standard size but because i couldnt adjust it inside i had to purchase a tall model as the standard model is too low.
It works great now but I will have to think how to remove them inside if one day i wish to remove them.
A more studier and longer 3m tape would be helpful and a contraception (like a stick) to help installation would be great cos i can only install it where my hand can fit but not where it is optimal.
I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you had with the installation. If you remove the 3M strips by pulling very slowly along the plane of the strip, they should remove quite easily.
If you need a different size, I'd be glad to exchange your support for you for only the cost of shipping. If you did already purchase the Tall model, you can return the standard one for a full refund of the cost of the support.
I haven't seen something better on the market yet. The design is clever and it works great. Easy to install, easy to take on and off, and it stays in place nicely when it's on unlike other guitar supports. Overall excellent.
The only problem is it is a little expensive for what it is, but when you have the best product in the business you can do that. Works very well eliminated my lower back problems, clearly was engineered by intelligent and thorough people.
The only negative I have is that the shorter support doesn’t allow the instrument to be closer to the leg. Otherwise the support is easy to install and adjust. I have a bad back and had difficulty practicing for more than about 30 minutes without back pain. I’m finding that I can now practice for up to two hours without significant back pain. I would recommend this support to anyone wanting to have a better support than simply putting the instrument on their leg.
